News for the week
Classroom Wish List Hand sanitizer and Clorox/Lysol wipes are always nice to have on hand. We have finished our math unit on greater than, less than, and equal to. We will still practice it from time to time. Most of us are finishing our 1st book, we will be publishing them soon. We are learning many sight words, be sure to keep practicing. As school continues we have been struggling to follow directions during class, as a helpful reminder our class is participating in table rewards. The table with the most points at the end of the week will win a regular sized Hersey’s bar! Please feel free to send any of the following: Newspapers play dough small chalk boards paper (not foam) plates Junk mail stamp pads etch a sketch yarn Magazines personal cd players letter beads take out menus Tape players glitter glue paint sample cards old cookbooks Ads post cards funny/cute pictures of abstract Please remember to check the Daily Take Home Folders every day. This is where important paper will be that need to be returned. Also, if you need to send information to me please put it in the folder, I will not check the students back pack. The R.E.D. Folders have been home for almost a month now, if you child has not returned their book for a new one, please do this ASAP. Our goal is to become fluent readers.
